Vaginal Yeast Infection

Ok, my wife is suffering from a recurring yeast infection. She is allergic to the main ingredient in most cures
(triazole). Is there any treatment that can help her? It's killing me to not be able to help her with this.

Hello. I'm not sure if I have vaginal warts, thrush or a yeast infection. My discharge appears to be normal but when I pee it burns and I feel little bumps inside my vagina. I'm 22 years old and it seems like I'm pregnant. I bought canalba cream as treatment.
