What is Voveran Tablet used for and what side effect does it have too if there is any?

I have located certain side effects while taking Diclofenac marked as Voveran in India. Diclofenac's only side effect is gas.

what should be used to kill pain safely? i want a safe painkiller as i am more than 72yrs.

There are many kinds of pain killers, but since I am not a doctor and I do not know your medical history, I am unable to tell you what you should take.

Tramadol ( Tramzac 50 mg) both same name n compositions..Try this If it work reply back.Have lots of suggestions... but firstly we need to know which medical pills worked best. So reply back.
