Valparin 200

last week my 2 year old daughter was sleeping and suddenly she woke up with her eyes wide open and her teeths caught together holding her palms tightly, she was not conscious. it was there for 30 seconds. i was really shocked to see this happen. we took to doctor and he suggested to do EEG test, and the report was abnormal. now he has started treatment by giving VALPARIN 200 ( SYRUP). the doctor is unable to give any reason for this to happen . please let me know further details about this

it's because your daughter is suffering from fits,even my brother,who is 2 and half,suffers fits but more serious than your daughter's,he even screams when this happens,and sometimes saliva comes out of the mouth in the form of bubbles.even our docter prescribed valparin 200,and it's good.this fits is a long term disease which may stay for a year or two,but it depends on the type person.fits may happen if it is hereditory.my brother's fits is reason of hereditory and have been sufferuing since he was 9 months old.

My son was suffering from fever. When he was playing suddenly his eyes were wide open for 4-5 minutues & his temperature was 102.5. We admitted him hospital & after fever treatment doctor adavised EEG. After EEG report doctor suggested VALPARIN 200 for six months. What is the reason it happened to my son? Is there any side effect of Valparin 200/

My wife has a lymphoticedima since long in both legs I consult a lot of doctors' for same but I cant get solution the doctors' suggest for stocking only & also She has a epilepsi She takes a drug of valparin 200 twice & topaz100 for one time a daily from last five years.The clinical reports for lymphoticedima such as chest xray,Usg Abdomen Pelvis, Doppler studuy for both limb venous, Haemogram ESR Biochemisrty of blood,serum t3,t4,tsh Urin Analysis,Blood sugar(f&pp)renal function test microfilaria etc all the reports are normal but the problem is their Pl help me to dignose her.
