What are the milligrams of active ingredients in these tablets? Are they generic for Lortab?

Both were manufactured by Vintage pharmaceuticals and are discontinued as of writing this.

The tablet with imprint V 5113 contains Acetaminophen 650 mg + Propoxyphene 100 mg, NDC 0254-5113 [1]

The tablet with imprint V 3595 contains Acetaminophen 650 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg, NDC 0254-3595 [2]
