I cannot verify it 100%, but this tablet supposedly contains 7.5mg of Hydrocodone. I'm going to try and reach Qualitest Pharmaceuticals (formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals) to see if V 3500 is in their product line.

Lastly, is there any way that you could be misreading the 3500? It is known that a pink tablet with V on one side and 3600 on the other is a generic Vicodin containing Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Hope this helps!
