The marking is actually 6160 V. This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Trazodone.

The FDA classifies this as an antidepressant that is also commonly used to treat insomnia. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
