I have been to two doctors. One said I didn't need to stop eating before taking pills. Other doctor said to space them. now I'm questioning how much time I need to wait before taking the pill. I would appreciate hearing from anyone re spacing medication. Thank you. Also, do most people notice a change in flexibility when taking the medication. I'm not sure that I do.

Proteins in your food can decrease the amount of the medication that is absorbed, so it is usually recommended that it be taken 1 to 2 hours, before meals.

How long have you been taking it? If you haven't been on it for long and have been confused about properly taking it, then it may not have reached its full effectiveness for you, yet.
