The active ingredient is Duloxetine, which is an SNRI antidepressant and yes, in some countries, studies have shown that it can help with stress urinary incontinence.

However, the U.S. FDA found it to help little more than a placebo and that the risks were not worth using it, so they have not approved it for such use.
