This cream is an antifungal that is used to treat yeast infections, it will not do anything to help with pimples.
To clear up acne, you need to discover the cause, as listed by the NIH, it could hormonal, it could be caused by a soap you've used; other face creams; or bacteria.
If it is caused by bacteria, you'll need an antibiotic to treat it. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash an diarrhea.
Are you on any medications? What is your normal diet like?
