Uses For Ginatrifil

I live in Mexico and was prescribed Genatrifil to use on a painful, long lasting stin from a tabina....? horse fly.....It did not seem to help much for this . is this commonly used?

This cream can prevent some inflammation and a possible fungal infection, but it really isn't going to help much with such a sting/bite, according to NIH resources. There is also a chance that it may cause more stinging and irritation as a side effect.

Has there been any change?
