I need to take ovaa shied ds on my next cycle and want to know it's uses and side effects, and also success rates?

I'm 23 years old. I started my course of ovaa shield last year in February and got pregnant, but in the 5th month my doctor said that my baby's brain was not developing properly and recommended that I don't continue with the pregnancy. My miscarriage took place in June of 2016. Is this because of ovaa shield? Please reply if anyone else had a case of this type.

I am a 23 year old girl and I have been suffering from uterus fibroids. I am trying to conceive so my doctor is suggesting I try OVAA shield tablets. My question is, how will they help to conceive?
