I am using softovac (bowel regulator) daily night 1 spoon, are there any side effects of forming stones in pancreas etc?

Softovac is a non habit forming substitute. So you won't be habitual to it. Even If you stop it then also you'll be able pass stool easily without any dependency.

Hi,
There are no side effects. I had this in 2007 and and having it now again due to IBS-C. try to reduce it after sometime by eating other things with soluble fiber, like collard leaves, lettuce (cook them), spinach, methi, papaya daily for breakfast, flax seeds with meals etc. See what suits you and your health from these foods and only then have them.
You will reduce dependency on Softovac slowly with these.
