Use Of Ovabless?

I am 24 years old. I was taking a treatment to get pregnant soon so my doctor suggested me these tablets for a one month course. Will u please tell me what is the use of this tablet when it comes to getting pregnant?

Hi, i am 22 years old and got married 1 year back, i am trying for a baby but its not working out..So my doctor suggested I take ovabless tablets.... Can i get positive results before my period by using ovabless tablets?
