Spasmo-Proxyvon contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen, Dicyclomine and Propoxyphene, it is used to treat pain, fever and muscle spasms.

As to helping with energy, that is not very likely for most people, because the Propoxyphene is a mild narcotic and usually causes the opposite effect, such as dizziness and drowsiness.

In addition, you should also be informed that, in most countries, Propoxyphene was removed from the market, due to the fact that it cause cardiac toxicity, which put some people in severe danger and caused some deaths.
