in which condition we should take spasmo.......

my gf had heavy pain in his period time,
she cant do anything at that time,
her pain is very very heavy,
she takes painkiller for controlling that pain,
minimum 2-3 painkiller she takes on a day,
many doctor had tell her that after her marriage she well not have that pain,
but for our marriage there is a time,and we are worried that when there is our marriage at that time if she gets her preiod than what we will do,
because she dose`t get her period at a time,
like this month if she gets her period at 1 October then her next period date is not fix she can get her period at 10 or 15 November or any any late time,
please help for her pain and time of period
