Practin contains the active ingredient Cyproheptadine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergic reactions, so no, it will have no effect on a migraine that has already set in.

There has been some evidence that it may help prevent them from occurring in young children and adolescents, but not in adults and, as I said, it does nothing once someone already has a migraine.
