Ursocol Sr 450mg

i am 35 weeks preganant and i have extreme itching problem. my syrum bile acid are beyond the limit and very high. doctor prescribed me Urcocol SR 450mg. is it safe for me.

This contains Ursodeoxycholic Acid and, while it hasn't actually been studied and approved for use in pregnancy, it has so far been shown to be the only medication to successfully treat this type of condition and fetal damage hasn't been known to occur.
