Urine Test Showed Narcan

Went for my 3 month follow up and near end of appt. Dr. showed me my urine test and accused me of taking Opana and Morphine sulfate at the same time. I have been on Morphine sulfate for years but it hasn't been helping much anymore. Dr. prescribed Opana. As soon as I filled it I took what ever Morphine Sulphate I had and stored it away. I never touched it. When the Opana ran out 3 months later and I went to fill it the pharmacist said it would be $900.00 because I fell in the donut hole. I'm on SSD. I called the doctor and asked if we could switch back to the Morphine sulphate and I would drive him back the Opana script, he had no problem with that. So knowing I still had leftover Morphine I took it as it was prescribed before. In fact I'm supposed to take it every 8 hrs but usually take it 2x's a day. He said the urine test came back showing I was taking both the Opana and the Morphine together the whole time. How is that possible? The urine test also shows that I have narcan in my system and he accused me of od'ing!! I've never been to the hospital or clinic or the ambulance coming to my house. I know not to take pain killers like that together. I've been taking quite a bit of meds since I was slammed by someone going over 55mph. Here are the list of meds I take, maybe somehow together they showed that I was taking the two painkillers at the same time and maybe somehow the mix of my meds and the way my body metabolizes them? I'm just very confused and very hurt my doctor of 10 years is accusing me of these two things.

Here is my list: Morphine Sulf er 30 mg 2x's day, Clonazepam 1mg 2x's day, Salagen HCL 5mg 3x's day, Flomax 0.4mg 1xday, Prozac 20 mg 1xday, Baclofen 20mg 1@ 3x's day, Tramadol 50mg 1-2 every 6 hours as needed for pain, Topamax 200mg 1 @ 2x's day, Tizanidine HCL 4mg 1-2 every 8hrs as needed. As of August 14, 2016 I am no longer on Tizanidine HCL 4mg. Could any of these meds in combination show a positive in me taking both Opana and Morphine and could any of these meds in combination show narcan? I don't know how to prove myself other than my word. I never took two pain killers at once nor have I ever had narcan. Thank you for your time and help.

I went and spoke to my therapist who I have been seeing for 3 years and she believes someone switched my urine with someone else's either by accident or as a favor. Even the whole Narcan in my urine test made no sense to her. We both even said why would I do all that stuff and o'd knowing that I would be having an urine test? Why wouldn't my family doctor be informed I o'd by the hospital and why wouldn't she notify the doctor who prescribes me the opioids? The two hospitals around me have my family doctors name because I see other doctors in the attached medical center and when I've seen my family doctor she knows when I've been to the Dermatologist. It's all interconnected. Same with the other hospital when I go to see my gastronologist (sp?) in the Medical buildings she actually calls me with a follow up after the gastronologist. So if I were brought in for o'ding she would absolutely know it! Can somebody please help me figure this out. The only thing that my Therapist, husband, me and my good friend who is a nurse come up with is it's not my pee. Can you think of anything that can shed some light on this? Thank you so much.
