I took two 5mg hydrocodone pills on Tuesday around 5pm I may have a urine test on Friday at 10:00am will I be clean by then? I do not take hydro often, first time in months.

You should be ok. Hydrocodone is an opiate. Opiates are detectable in urine for 48-72 hours. It also depends on if you take these pills frequently or just a one-time thing. It also depends on your body's natural ability to expel toxins. Some people can do it in 24 hours or less. Some people take longer than 72 hours. Based on the info you provided, you will more than likely be ok. Just to be safe, drink lots of fluids, but not enough to dilute your pee. Alot of places, like probation, consider diluted as dirty.
