Urine Test After Taking Vicodin

I took 1 vicodin 5 mg on Sunday, the following Thursday is my urine for parole, I urine in a cup, will it be in my system still?

I took half a pill 5mg of vicodin at 2am ,14 hours later I had urine test, didn't take any pain killers for months, 2 days before I took half a pill of an aderall but sweat at gym I'm tall and slender, is this will show in my urine?
