Urine Testing For Pain Management

I am on pain management and am prescribed 15mg oxycodone hydrochloride twice a day. I ran out and took a 30mg oxycodone. Would I fail my urine test if the levels of my prescribed medication are high?

Can anyone tell me if a pain clinic has the right to supervise urine tests by physically watching in the State of TN? I have never given them a reason to.
