Urine Screen

I suffer from chronic pain and have a history of abusing the perscribed medicines likke percocet and bought Oxys off the street cuz the perks werent enough sometimes. JUst 2 questions. Ill ask then basically first so you dont have to read all the details so i can get some answers but for some of you that will take the time to read the details id appreciate it. Ist Question:. Took 80mg of OC/OP between Friday 10:15pm and saturday 6am. That was the first time i took any narcotice for 2 months i have fast metabolism so would the methadone clinic drug screen find the OC still in my system by monday 8am? So now i go to the methadone clinic so i can control my pain and addiction but my dose hasnt "stabilized" (Not high enough im at 84mg liquid time release.) yet and im still getting a lot of pain at night before i sleep and when i wake up. Ive toughed it out for a month and a half but friday night i bought and 80mg OP/OC Oxycontin and the pain was agonizng enough so i took 40mg of it about 10:15 on friday and woke up about 2am and took 20, then took another 20 at about 6:00 in the morning saturday then went to dose at 715am. So thats 80mg from 1015 to 6:00 and i knew they dont drug test on weekends but im about due for the monthly drug screen.

That was the first of any narcotic besides methadone that ive taken since july 25th and its September 22.

I have a fast metabolism and drink alot of fluids and now that those details ive explained are out there would anyone care to answer this question: If i do get a random screen on monday morning is there a chance it could come up positivefor oxycodone. It is a methadone clinic so they do test for all matter of opiates.

My second question for anyone who might know how a clinic might operate when it comes to drug screens: Theres always a chance that they could not test till tuesday but my last test was on the 27th of the last month and judging by the clockwork like nature of their tests im guessing they could wait untill thursday which by then id be fine. Ive went to a lot of their optional groups and have sunday take homes and technically it hasnt been a month yet so do you think they will wait till thursday or wednesday? I could call in sick one day just to buy time. They screen for that the day you come back but obviously it doesnt matter given the situation. So my question is basically Do you think they will wait till thursday if they do it monthly and thursday would be a month from my last screen?

To answer the first question, Oxycodone is usually detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 4 to 5 days, after last dosing. Of course your metabolism, overall health, activity levels and etc. will play a role, but that is the average detection time for most people.

As to when they may test, I honestly can't say. I am not familiar with these clinics, nor do I know anyone that is. However, you are, so I'd say you should use your knowledge and best judgement to discover the answer.

I waa in rehab once and they do test like clockwork, also they dis ramdom teat too.so in saying that maybe you shouldnt try to call out because they might get suspicious. I think they would probably wait til thursday though but truth be told you will never know til it happens so good luck
