Urine Drug Tests With Pain Mngt

I take 6 10mg oxycodone per day for past couple years. My brother was in an accident and would go to hospital bc no ins. I have been giving him most of my pain meds this month. I've been taking 1-2 a day and have not taken any for past 4 days and it has been a challenge! I have 6 pills left and a urine drug test in 3 days. Can someone suggest how I should take these to make sure I pass my test And I'm hoping levels wb ok if they are checked. Any advice wb appreciated!

I have gone to the same pain management group for over 3 years. They used to do random urine screening, but now monthly urine tests are mandatory. I have never been told there was any problem with my tests. My problem is, each month they do a different number of tests and my bills are now $300-$600 per month just for the urine tests. I have an MSA, where they give you a certain amount each year, after which I would have to pay out of pocket until the high deductible is met. Last year I never used the amount they gave me. This year, with the high cost of monthly testing, I will run out before June. I'm wondering if other doctors would cost less, or even better, only do random tests. Does anyone have a similar problem, or perhaps know a good pain management doctor who won't cost me an average of $500/mo just for my visits?
