Urinary Track Infection

I heard that you can get a uti from a female not urinating right after sexual intercourse. Is that true, and if it is or isn't true what are other ways that a female can get it?

A urinary tract infection is caused by bacteria, the issues you are talking about are actually factors that may make someone more prone to getting them, but they don't actually cause the infection in and of themselves.

And it's actually not urinating before sex that is usually considered problematic, because it holds bacteria in the bladder.

Other things that may make you prone to getting them is a poor diet, so the PH balance in your body is off.
