Urimax D And Urgent Need To Urinate

I have enlarged prostrate for last 5 yrs. In Sonography its size varied from 22 to 44 gms. Recently I have started very urgent urge to urinate, though quantity of urine is not much. I do not find difficulty in passing urine though. I am also having high blood pressure fro which I am taking Amlopress AT, Tozaar R-5 , Arkamin thrice, and Tide 10 mg. Is it necessary for me to undergo surgery for the prostate or only medicines can check its further growth? Kindly guide me. Regards

my postate is grade 1 ihad uti and was on antibiotics for 2.5 months.got rid of ecoli,but now frequet urination,cant hold,withlessurine,at times drops only at times difficulty.i am78 cotrolled bp,one doctr advised urimax d and other says no need,earlier i was advised urimax only,confused i am ,which one should i take.urimax,urimaxd or urimax free flo.ADVISEPLS

I am 54 years old man.i have prostrate gland since last six years and i am taking URIMAX D Tab from six years. i Have also mild cardiac blockeg. i want to know can i take URIMAX D long time or not ? my consultant doctor said, that u take this drug long time if you dont won't surgery.
please suggest me what i will to do ?
