Unsettled Blood Pressure

I been taking losartan Hctz 100-25 daily for many years
I excersize eat well. About 2 months ago this briefly happened for about a week.. Now again and it's bothersome.
My readings are high 184/104 after sitting on couch. Palpitations sitting lying down.Feel better when outside fir some reason
Seems to go into my throat also. I do have a goiter on thyroid/voice box.
Very tired.
Thought maybe from house, windows closed , pellet stove..

Are there any other significant changes that you can remember around the times this happens? Such as eating differently, drinking more liquids, sleeping badly, forgetting a dose of medication, not being active or etc?

The 184/104 has the potential to be dangerous and you should consult your doctor. You may need to switch medications.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this one as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration.
