Unprotected Sex, Negative Pregnancy, Progesterone Intake

Hi, I've had a medical abortion and after 15-20 days i had unprotected sex and took a morning pill, yet I am 4 days late on my period and the pregnancy test was negative twice. My doctor gave me 6 progesterone tabs for 2 a day. I completed taking them, I am not 9 days late but no period. What must i do?
