Unknown White Tablet With 4 Diamonds

Has 4 diamond or rhombus looking shapes on one side. I don't think it's fda approved due to its lack of identifying markings. Does anyone know what these are? Found them in my office at home.

The markings are not related to FDA approval, they only require unique imprints on solid form prescription medications. However, most over the counter medications in the U.S. are FDA approved, but they are not required to have imprints.

So, there is a chance that the tablet you've found is an approved medication, but it's not something that is available by prescription.
