Unknown White Pill A Oo

Found two circular white pills, slightly smaller than a dime (coin).

One said has A, a horizontal line underneath, and O O under the horizontal line.

The other side is blank

I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find a listing for anything matching this description. Where was it found? I think it may be an over the counter product and some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
