Unknown Pill Please Help

I have a small yellow round pill with sw com on one side and 4 on the other. I haven't found it on any websites. Please help immediately

Sounds like Daladid 4 mg. May be spelled wrong.

A round yellow pill with "P 4" is Dilaudid, so I don't think it could be that. Worth the investigation though!

Unfortunately I haven't found any matches for a "sw com 4" imprint.

Where did you get it from if you don't mind my asking?

Also, is there any chance that the markings are being read backwards or upside down? Just trying to cover all angles here.

I believe it's Japanese valium. Sounds like it was ordered online because you won't get a prescription for it in the US.
