Unidentified Medication

Found white round pill that is scored with R on one side of the score and P on the other side. The back of the pill has a 5 on the top of the pill and 325 at the bottom. What is this I can't seem to find it anywhere

Rhodes Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
