FOR HOW long ENZOFLAM working?? and is there any side effect if i take 1 tablet to reduce the knee pain

Enzoflam contains the active ingredients Diclofenac, Serratiopeptidase and Paracetamol, it is most commonly used to relieve pain and swelling.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and stomach irritation.
