I believe that the pill which you have is Misoprostol, likely from outside the United States. Part of a 4 pill dose.

Hello BS,

I was not able to find a pill that has the imprint U 191, however, if turned upside down it makes the imprint n 161 and I was able to find a Misoprostol 0.2 MG tral tablet that matches that description. Here is some additional information I pulled from the National Institute of Health's website for the drug (NDC: 3386-161)

Active Ingredient:

Misoprostol 200 ug

Inactive Ingredients:

- Hydrogenated Castor Oil
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Crospovidone

Manufacturer:

Lupin Pharmaceuticals,Inc.

Size:

9mm

White
