I am an American living in Belgium and suffering from Fibromyalgia. I have both pain and sleeplessness. In the states I used a more generic Family Dollar Ibuprophen PM from time to time and it worked great. I cannot find anything like that here in Belgium as we don't really have drugstores as in the US where one can just scan all that is available. I have to go through a pharmacist here and there is a lot of difficulty in explaining what I am looking for. I am hoping someone can tell me if there is a way to order this kind of pill and it be delivered to Belgium I looked on AMazon and they are not allowed to be shipped here. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Tylenol PM contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine, so you might just want to ask specifically for a generic of both, for instance Advil PM would contain Ibuprofen with Diphenhydramine. Alternatively, in most countries they can be purchased separately in most countries.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and stomach irritation.
Additionally have you tried just telling them you needing something that will alleviate pain, and help you to sleep?
Another idea is to get a translator. They might be able to help you communicate what you need.
