Twocal Nutrient Through A Peg
UpdatedWe are having difficulty using Twocal on a tiny lady with a small PEG. She has a G/J line with the food only going down the J side due to severe reflux. The J side plugs up from the thick nutrient. We have tried all the plug remedies but the viscosity still plugs. Can the Twocal be diluted to lessen the thickness and still provide her with the nutrient? What diliuent would he needed and how will that affect her feeeding ratio of 60ml/hr of food with 25ml of water for flush.
