Can i take two doses of my 25 mg hydroxyzine for a bad brake threw angsiety attack

Based on my research, the usual adult dose for Hydroxyzine is 50 to 100 mg orally or by IM injection 4 times a day. I'm not a doctor so unfortunately I can't tell you if it's safe; but based on the above info, two 25 mg doses still sounds like it's well within the boundaries of this medication's dosing limits.
