Twitching/pain And Pragabalin

I had severe pain that went down my spine to my thighs and not pain is only on behind my right knee. difficult climbing the stairs. I am taking pragabalin 50 mg since March/2016. For the last couple of months I started having random twitches on my legs,thighs, back and hand. I went for EMG. I did my blood test and found out my red blood count is 5.20. I am going again for EMG next week. Should I worry

The FDA does list muscle cramping, and elevated platelet levels as being possible side effects of Pregabalin, along with nausea, dizziness, weight changes, and mood changes.

So, there is chance that this may all resolve if you try a different medication, but it is important to have the tests done that your doctor suggests to make sure there is nothing else going on.

Are you on any other medications?
