UpdatedHi i am female taking tryptomer 10mg twice daily from last month coz i was operated submandibular gland removal bt nw am felling heavyness & pain on dat part where the lump was removal wen i take d tab on tym den m ok bt if i forgot to take tab den m feeling the same ehy it s happening plzz help & i was feeling dizziness in starting for atleast 10 12 days bt nw qm nt feeling may b coZ m used to nw & i got pimples on my face nw dont knw wt to do plz tell me d side effects
