Tryptomer10 Mg

I am consuming Tryptomer 10mg for the past 7 days for a injury in the head ( A steel plate hit my head) with the advise of the doctor. The pain has aggravated and having severe head acke and dry mouth. I am find myself restless. For the first two days I had consumed 1 in the night after which i am consuming 2 tablets. Kindly advice

Past three year lam suffering from tuberculoma in right cerebellum . Treatment 14 month .But heavy hedech after treatment .No response of any treatment.P.G.I . Lucknow treatment continue. My age 20 years.
