Tryptomer 10mg For What

I am suffering from pain in my left ear like middle ear acheing ,pulling inside,sensation less and back neck acheing and left side back head acheing.Recently i had consulted with the neurologist , he suggested to take one tablet Tryptomer 10mg at every day night upto 3 months.Is it right medicine to be cured from above problems ?

It is basically an antidepressant hope it helps for you but if you feel any side effects immediately contact your neurologist or phycatrist
