Based on my research, the combination you're referring to known as Tibrolin, is 'believed to be' useful in the treatment of hemorrhoids (judging from their therapeutic uses).

However, the one thing you should be aware of is that its use for such conditions are only based upon tradition, scientific theories, and/or limited research. From what I've read, they often have not been thoroughly tested in humans for such uses, so its safety and effectiveness have not always been proven.
