I take one tablet in night for migraine headache but sometimes I get haedache what can I do for this

Trytanol contains the active ingredient Amitriptyline, which is a tricyclic antidepressant that can also help with migraines.

And what else has your doctor advised you to use for the headaches? You should check with them to be safe, but you should be able to use something such as Acetaminophen for the headaches.
