My mom passed away 17 years ago and my dad found some pills and he's trying to find out if they're any good. The imprint on the pill is HD 513 and the bottle says Oxycodone and Acetaminophen tablets USP 5 mg / 325 mg.

After that long of an amount of time, no, they are not going to retain any efficacy and, according to the FDA, it would be best to dispose of them.
The FDA also warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
