Triptyline Side Effects

patient takes two Triptyline per night together with Phenytoin sodium 100mg x 3- patient is hallucinating

Has their doctor specifically prescribed them all to be taken at once like this?

If they are suffering from hallucinations, it could be due to having to much of one, or both of these medications, at once and the dosages may need to be split up, so they are taken throughout the day.

Has their doctor been consulted?
