My doctor prescribed Triplix to me to replace Tricor. I am on these medicines cause I have low good cholesterol. I have had shortness of breath a couple times since taking it and never thought it could be this medicine. I also have gained a significant amount of weight an can not loose it no matter how much dieting I do. The only connection I can make is this medication. As of today I have stopped taking it and will continue with my diet. I will see where this leads me. I think this medication is bad juju.

Those can be normal side effects of most such cholesterol medications, that's why many people can't take them.
