29 REPLIES UpdatedI am looking for tripelennamine. As a pharmacist I clearly remember 60mg then sr 100mg tabs being available. Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra together could not work as well pbz. I worked at smoke filled bowling alley back then and pbz with Sudafed were required. ## According to "Martindale the Complete Drug Reference" & "Physician's Desk Reference", Pyribenzamine (tripelennamine hcl) is no longer produced in brand or generic versions in the USA. It is said to still be available in bulk powder, something like a minimum order of 25 gram bottles, strictly sold only to a USA pharmacy, or a USA "compounding pharmacy". I want Pyribenzamine (Tripelennamine) - it was the only thing that ever worked. Does Mexico have it? I'm close enough to the border to go to Nogales. ## I finally got 90 capsules of Pyribenzamine (Tripelennamine) from my compounding pharmacy (Metcalf) in Brevard, NC today for $130. I just took the first one. My mother would give me half a tab as a kid (crushed with sugar and water) and it quelled my allergies.
