Triglycerides Level 283 And The Reference Range Is <150

I am 33 years old and my Triglycerides are high. Can I reduce it without medication? Is it possible or are the medications mandatory? Do the medications have diverse effects on the liver and other organs?

What medications have been recommended?

It can sometimes be reduced via diet and exercise, according to NIH reports.

Are you on any other medications? Some can cause false reports.

What does your normal diet consist of?
