My mother used Trigabantin 100mg to be relieved from nerve pain in legs . now she moved to USA and we didnt find this medicine in USA . Can any body suggest generic alternative medicine for the same. thank you for helping me out.

Trigabantin contains the active ingredients Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
Such a combination isn't available in the U.S., since it combines the Gabapentin, which is considered a pharmaceutical drug, with the other substances that are considered nutritional supplements.
The Gabapentin is available, but it requires a doctor's prescription and the other two substances are available over the counter in most drug stores or vitamin shops.
