Triangular Blue & White Tablet?

Triangle, blue one side, white other. White side has 3 triangles embossed inside each other. Found in my daughter's room, need to know what it is please

Hi we found the same after a party and wanted to let you know we smelt it and it turned out to be a mint!!!!

Thanks for your reply, was about to flip my lid with a teenager and now just have minty breath instead. Family turmoil averted.
