Triamcinolone Cream

My doctor prescribed triamcinolone acetonide cream,0.1 for a burning sensation in my tongue which I got after getting a bridge done . I have to apply two times a day. I am concern that if will have any bad effect on me?. I paste it on my tongue and it felt like a thick paste and very unpleasant taste.

Are you sure that you're supposed to be using it in your mouth? This is usually used topically on the skin and not taken internally.

Have you consulted your dentist? That might be a better idea to find a solution to this issue.
